“Anthony is the technician that came to my house to fix an issue. Turns out we created the issue with the hot tub ourselves, but Anthony did a great job of explaining what we did wrong, told me how to fix and what to watch out for. As a courtesy, Glenn did not charge us even though it was our error. They responded to our service call quickly, Anthony was extremely professional and provided great follow up. While speaking to Anthony he mentioned that Glenn (who is the owner) is a great person to work for. It is obvious that is true and he installs the same in his employees. I would recommend them without hesitation!”
