Anthony was awesome, friendly and even in the rain and difficult situation it didn't slow him down at all. I had only three lights working on my hot tub and within 15 minutes they were all working. He also told me how to clean my rope water jets. A true professional! Thanks Anthony!

Anthony arrive right on time went out assess the damages knew exactly what it was replaced it and was gone within an hour or Hallelujah my hot tub is up and running again I use my hot tub all year around and I really appreciate it going again.

Updated after the initial comment..Not happy with the upcharge for parts and the lengthy time to add on time for service time after waiting weeks for the initial appointment, need to wait again for a new appointment for them to return with for plumbing parts not on hand.. i was told i can order parts at a regular price if i dont want to pay the upcharge.. it did start storming that prevented the tech from working.. which is understandable, but i should not have been charged for that time he couldnt work in the storm.. then it stopped raining as he left but i have to reschedule for the rest anyway..The tech and the owner was nice... said he would work with me but just wayyyy more expensive than i anticipated. I am not unfair or unreasonable so i will edit this review after the hot tub is completed if completed. Super disappointed 🙁 hundreds of dollars, weeks waiting, still not fixed, more money to come and more waiting... i wish i would have know this i would not have done it*** update*** The owner called me and said he seen my review and would credit me for the half hour and have the technician back the next day to finish the job. He also asked why i left such a negative review, i explained it was very honest and not negative just how i personally felt.. i explained how the outcome didnt have anything to do with kindness of the owner and tech. And i told him i am not trying to bash a company, i will gladly change the review when the job has been completed. So the next day the tech came back when i was sleeping so i have no idea what was done, but the spa was completed and the part replaced were sitting on the table to see. I recieved a bill for the time he spent and parts used but later i called him to pay for the bill and ask about a very sticky glue-like grey substance in my hot tub l couldnt get out and wanted to know what it could be.. he had no idea.. upon googling other say it could be a chemical reaction .. too much of a certain chemical? Who knows. Im still draining and cleaning it trying to get it out.. i probably put too much of something in it.. anyways.. the tech told me his boss told him to comp the remaining bill for the troubles.. which i did not expect whatsoever.. that was not the goal. but was a nice gesture so thank you. The tech offeres to come check it out for me but i did not want to take anymore time especially since they comped the last visit.. so all in all the company is a good company just had an issue with time in the first visit due to the storm. The issue was corrected and my hot tub is working great. 😊
